Academy EGM Information Session 21st August 2025

Information Session and Extraordinary General Meeting 13th September 2025

The Academy of Clinical Science and Laboratory Medicine invites its members to attend an EGM on Saturday 13th September 11am -12pm at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Golden Lane, Dublin 8 D08 VRR7

This is a two-part process:

1. Information Session: To introduce the reasons for reviewing the future of our current building as an asset and to create a forum for discussion before the EGM, we will hold an online information session on Thursday 21st August 1pm on Zoom (online)

2. EGM: Saturday 13th September at 11am -12pm where members who have registered will attend in-person to vote on the motion.  

Please note:

• Only current Academy members are eligible to attend and vote at the EGM. 
• You must book the Online Information Session and the EGM as separate events.
• The information session is optional but recommended for members who wish to understand the background, rationale and financial implications of the motion before voting.
